If you want a fair and honest service along with somebody who really cares about giving you high-quality this is the place to go, Jay went above and beyond helping me. I felt like I was a family member because he was so concerned about making sure they delivered what they said they would in the quote. They found an issue that he didn’t quote, and did his best not to price gouge and honored what he said he would. He was incredibly clear on what the expectations were. My Lexus looks fabulous now and highly recommend them for their honesty, integrity, and excellent work. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Will definitely use them again. Also, the service dept next door did a great job helping me as well and they had the same vibe as the body shop. All around I feel very good with this Toyota care group. You can’t go wrong using them .

A disappointing experience with this body shop. Professionalism is crucial, and this firm has much to learn about competency and quality customer service. I had an appointment to drop off my vehicle in the morning. The woman was nice enough, although she could smile a bit more rather than look like she hates her job. Where my experience took a turn was when a tubby gentleman by the name of Todd Sanders comes to evaluate the vehicle and says the work is "too much" for them to do and won't be able to do the job. He then recommends me to a different business. Now, I'm no car paint and body expert, but what needed to be done to my vehicle was take care of a few scratches and a small dent. But apparently to tubby Sanders, the work was just "too much." Honestly, I'm beyond glad I went to a shop I found. Much smaller, but they immediately took me in and laughed when I told them Richardson Body Shop thought the work needed to be done was too "much." Avoid this place at all cost. If you want competency, don't waste your time with this shop; instead, go down the street to Central Collision Repair, where the gentlemen there know how to fix the simple and the complex. Please, please, please save yourself the trouble and read all the negative reviews and consider the 2.9 stars; they are certainly telling the truth because after what I dealt with today, I can totally see them being scummy and iniquitous.

If I have any future bodywork needs I will definitely be back. This was my first time having to use a body shop. They walked me through the full process with rental, and insurance. They made this the easiest it could be with this process.

I had a solid experience at Richardson Body Shop in Chicago. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They did quality work on my vehicle and clearly know what they’re doing when it comes to body repairs. The job was done well and the car looked great when I picked it up. While there were a few minor delays, overall the service and results made it worth it. I would definitely recommend Richardson Body Shop to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto body work in the Chicago area.
