The team provided details of what we were purchasing. We felt like we were part of their family. They were both accommodating by staying passed closing time to ensure we had everything we needed for our hour long ride home.

I usually don’t do reviews…however I was given an excellent car buying experience from Yusuf. We had a deposit already on a Grand Wagoneer by the time I sent in the inquiry, my wife already set on that. Yusuf’s service went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made the process so easy even with both of us working and not being able to call much. I truly give props to this young man and appreciate his approach to respectful, efficient and outstanding car buying experience! We were difficult but he made it work. 10/10! Caesar,my service department rep, made a very potentially frustrating and difficult experience a lot more manageable and easier to handle. He proved that he cared about me as a customer and making sure that even though I had to commit to an unpleasant repair that he was willing to work with me to make sure we made the right decisions. He showed patience, communication, and did his best while delivering unfavorable news about having to do high cost repairs. I Would definitely continue coming to the service department because of his service.
