I would not recommend this Ford dealership to anyone. I brought my vehicle in because the battery needed to be replaced. After paying around $400, I had to bring the vehicle back again because the new battery died. I was then charged another $190 for them to tell me there was a parasitic draw from my dash cam. That is something that should have been checked the first time, especially since the issue was battery-related. To make it worse, when they worked under my vehicle, they removed a panel and did not reinstall it. They left it on the floor of my car. When I called about it, I was told I would need to schedule another appointment and potentially pay another $190 diagnostic fee just for them to look at reinstalling a panel they removed. That is unacceptable. I should not have to pay another diagnostic fee for something their service department failed to put back correctly. I have already taken the vehicle to another shop, and they agreed that the $190 charge should not have been handled this way. This experience has been frustrating, expensive, and unprofessional. Between the repeated charges, the lack of attention to detail, and the poor customer service, I would strongly recommend going to a trusted local repair shop instead.

At 58 years old this was easily the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jake is truly a car guy and knows the inventory inside and out. No high pressure upselling or bait-and-switch. He showed me the F150s I was interested in, explaining everything about them and sold me the one I wanted. The process was relatively fast, a little over 3 hours and admittedly, I spent half of the time on the lot making up my mind which one I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with them.

My wife and I had a very positive purchasing experience today at Richmond Ford Lincoln. We had our eye on a used car that was posted on their website and decided to go check it out. Santiago welcomed us giving us the genuine feeling that he wanted to help us and not sell us. They were getting ready to repair the use car lot so all the used cars were moved to a storage area. Santiago quickly retreaved the car we were wanting to see and brought it up front. Santiago again did not try and sell us the car. He listened to us and answered all our questions. We decided to go ahead and proceed to purchase the car. They processed our trade-in and gave us a very fair offer. The rest of the purchase process went just as smoothly through the financing process. Everyone that interacted with us was very personable and genuinely wanted to help us get the car we wanted. I definitely recommend Richmond Ford Lincoln. Thanks to all those that made this purchase a present and positive one.

Perfect experience! We had an appointment with Cole to test drive a car we’d seen on their website. We dealt with Jonathan when we got there who was great! We bought the car and dealt with both Robin (finance manager and then James, the sales manager. They were also so knowledgeable and helpful not to mention adorable! It was such a positive experience, we went back the next day and bought another car! Highly recommend!
