When the right staff are working, it's a really nice environment to be when you need help with the rentals that they lease. Some staff truly care about connection and comfortability. Those people are what make it less anxiety induced to come in when having trouble/tuning going on with any vehicle. The mechanics are always wonderful; each and everyone one. I am so thankful for them. There are 2 employees who can make it a "not so good" experience. Due to their yelling, language and rude tone of voice towards other staff members. (Infront of customers and behind closed doors that should never be okay). Some of them need to remember that team work makes the dream work. Slow down, breathe and lean on each other. Make the work place-a place where you enjoy being, so that the customers love to choose this company over any other.

Hands down the best car rental experience every time! I've been renting from them for years. Fair prices, quick and easy pickup/drop off, and they're always so accommodating with last minute changes or special requests. Cars are clean, reliable, and ready to go. Zero hassle, 100% satisfaction

I had a highly concerning experience with this company. After returning to my parked vehicle, I found it deliberately blocked in its parking space by their staff, preventing me from leaving. This occurred well before the agreed-upon return time for the rental vehicle, and there was no legitimate reason provided for this action. The staff’s approach felt aggressive and intimidating, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe situation. I do not recommend this company to anyone, as customer safety and respect should be priorities. Potential renters should be aware and consider other options.

Insurance fraud avoid at all cost. Charged my insurance $7000 for damage to a door that could’ve been repaired for less than 2000$ that I offered to pay out of pocket but I’m assuming that didn’t go with their insurance scheme. Also charged for extra damages that had nothing to do with me. they run everything through the shop they own so they can charge you whatever they want. I rented from here for years and wanted to believe they weren’t like the other reviews said and I was wrong.

I’m a single mom whose dad rented a car. He has his own car insurance which is progressive. This company also uses progressive. Because he is listed as a driver on my insurance because we live together. They are going after my car insurance instead of his. HE HAS HIS OWN INSURANCE. I never drove the car. I had zero to do with it. So me a single mom now has to pay for this company’s greed.
