He clearly knows the cars well and was able to explain everything in a simple, honest way, which made it easy for me to feel confident in my choice. Charles also took the time to help me find the exact color I wanted and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I really appreciated his patience and expertise. I went in this past week to look at SUV’s. My sales person was Lovish, he was genuine, transparent and not pushy. He seemed to really understand what we wanted and was able to make our needs. When I did the purchase, I said no to the almost $900 additional in mats but when I went to pick up the car I was surprised with getting that weather mat package as a gift. Definitely recommend Lovish! My experience with the finance manager and insurance was great! Transparent and understanding. They were all great to deal with.

I dealt with Miley at Go Subaru in Richmond and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was super friendly and made the whole process incredibly easy. Most of the deal was handled over the phone, and when I arrived from out of town, they were very accommodating. Miley even stayed late to make sure everything was finalized smoothly. I had an awesome experience working with the team here at Go Richmond Subaru! Requested for an extra FOB Keyset for my 2025 Subaru Forester, and had great customer service from the get-go; Starting with Terry Gosse, who provided me with an initial quote with different options, to Benny Poon (Parts Manager) who continued with the process and assisted with contacting my other dealership to get the GoAuto credits applied to the app, and getting the fob key pre-ordered (timeline provided was accurate and parts arrived pretty quickly) The staff was friendly and welcoming at the office, and I was assisted by Winnie Chau (service advisor) who provided me with Uber service to and from Richmond Centre so I could attend meetings whilst my fob was being programmed with the vehicle. A short clip of the programming process was also sent by Miguel Bagara (service manager) to show that the new fob keyset was working. 11/10 in my books, and will be back for when I'd need upgrades!
