I just had the best experience today. I walked in with no appointment on a Saturday to get an oil change for my 2018 540d. At first I got the expected answer which was they did not have time today but I could make an appointment which was okay. But as I went to go buy the oil and filter to perform the service myself at home, Max, my service advisor, came back and said they could squeeze me in. After the car was in the shop he came back and asked if I was sure because it was technically not due for an oil change soon; however I like to get mine done more frequently than recommended. This shows just how caring and honest they are just trying to genuinely help you and not upsell! The car was serviced (and cleaned) very quickly. Very generously of Max he took care of me and halved my bill. Jared the service manager is also a genuine man and took notice of my visit and offered to take care of the rest of the bill. It may seem insignificant to them to do this, but my appreciation for this is grand and I’m deeply grateful for their service. The whole team there is awesome including Daniel my previous advisor and George and Gerri with their help and conversation in the service drive. Additionally their parts department has been extremely helpful in obtaining and finding parts and part numbers for my niche collection of BMW’s. With great appreciation, Michael Meleca

Bought a 2027 M3 from Christian. Overall, a great experience throughout the whole process. Christian kept me informed on the status of the car through delivery and helped me figure out the car once it arrived. It was really nice to be being a car from a fellow car guy. The whole management team is great, especially Jeff and Andrew who also assisted throughout the process! Would definitely buy another car with them at Rick Hendrick BMW.

Joshua @ Rick Hendrick BMW was outstanding! He communicated with me immediately upon reaching out for more information both via email and by phone. He provided me with accurate details of the vehicle, assisted with a financing review approval, accepted a down-payment without problems, scheduled appropriately a formal test drive (all of these activities were virtually and out-of-state). When on-site at dealership, Joshua accompanied me for test drive and walk through of car and finally, provided guidance for formal closure of sale with transport of vehicle back to New York!
