I had a positive experience with my purchase and service at Rick Hendrick’s Chevrolet. My purchase was a few months ago and the negotiation was fair and enjoyable. I recently came back for an oil change and Dustin the service advisor was personable. The tech Christian also did a great job walking me through what he did and they even looked out for me when a lugnut of mine was stripped. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or service their Chevy vehicle.

I recently brought my Chevy Silverado to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth for an oil change, and I had a great experience working with Nancy Wright as my service advisor. Nancy was professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire process. She clearly explained all of the recommended maintenance items for my vehicle without being pushy, which I appreciated. She kept me informed about the status of my truck and made sure I understood the services being recommended. Most importantly, the service was quick and efficient. My oil change was completed in a timely manner, and the entire visit was smooth from check-in to checkout. If you’re bringing your vehicle to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, I highly recommend asking for Nancy Wright. She provided excellent customer service and made the experience easy and stress-free.

Omg! When I say I had the best experience here getting my oil and tires rotated. When first pulled in I was immediately greeted by a gentleman. He directed me to my advisor Brittany “Sam” to get everything set up.. she had another customer ahead of me so another coworker jumped in to help her get my information from my car. Awesome team work… he made sure I was taken care of! (I hate I forgot his name) once Sam took Care of me, she then had the courtesy shuttle driver to drop me off at work. He was so nice and professional, he even offered to pick me up from work to come back and get my car….. but the very interesting part was….they sent me a video of my car being inspected and what needed to be done… I was so impressed I shared it in my family group chat…..lol… needless to say… I will definitely be back here this was top notch service by EVERYONE! And they cleaned my car…oh Sam was busy when I came back so she walked me to another team member who took great care of me and even walked me to my car…

My mom’s car was totaled in the wreck she was in at the end of this past year and it’s been really stressful for her. My cousin Samantha works at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth and they were able to get my mom a great deal on a 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. When she went to pick it up they surprised her with a big bow on it and spent an hour teaching her how to use all the new features. If you’re looking for a new car I’d 100% recommend going to see them! My cousin Samantha, Nabin the sales team member, Max the sales Manager, and Tafi the GM did a great job!
