He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Test drove, spent hours discussing terms and price, signed price agreement to be told while awaiting finalization that the manager who was out of town sold the truck which was loaded on a hauler while I was sitting at the sales desk. Don't believe it was the salesman's fault but he and his manager asked how to fix things and I asked for info on a like-type truck and and deal. Wasn't even contacted with any assistance. Realize a deal might not have been in the works but wasn't even contacted. Very surprised at the poor customer service and how this dealership runs. I typically only give good reviews but this incident failed on many levels. Unfortunate.

Keenan made the entire process inviting from start to finish. He really listened to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
