Ashlee and the reception staff were great, always welcoming and assertive to my questions and concerns. Tiffany was outstanding, she managed my vehicle from start to finish working with my insurance and keeping me informed on the process. If you’re looking for a new car or need service, make sure you stop by Chevrolet on Virginia Beach Boulevard! My brother visited three different dealerships while shopping for a car, but none of them made him feel as comfortable and welcomed as this one did. Had a great experience. Brett was extremely helpful and worked with me and answered all questions I had. My 2012 Malibu had finally kicked the bucket and traded her in for a new 2026 Trax. My Malibu had sentimental value and I didn’t want to part ways with it, but she costed more to fix rather than just trading in. It was a smart choice to get a new car. Brett walked me through the process and made sure that I felt confident in my decision and that going forward I will always have help if I needed it.
