I started car shopping Thursday morning and went to five different dealerships in Warner Robins, where I live. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I needed in a vehicle: three rows, leather seats, all the technology, and something that truly fit me and my family. I’m about to brag on Alan Greene. So I got this car on February 4, 2026. About a month later found out that the roof rack on the passenger side in the back was defective and leaking water to the inside of my car. Brought it in for repairs and got it back a day or two later. I got home (1 hour 15 min away) and we noticed scratches all down the passenger side, a dent, and a scratch on the roof. I brought it back this past Monday and just got it back today. And let me tell you, if you ever have an issue need repair, or anything to do with your car ask for Alan Greene. He is the manager in the repair department at the Lee street location. Not only did he fix all the scratches and the dent, but he repaired the chip in my windshield and added bump guards to all 4 doors. He is extremely communicative, respectful, and has a genuine heart of gold. He communicated with me all week, called me for every step, and guaranteed that I would have my car back today. The next time I came here for anything I will only deal with Alan Greene. All the workers in service department are great but Alan Green is by far the best hands down.

On January 31st I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Prior to coming to the dealership, I was sent videos and even text messages that inspired me to follow through. My salesman, Simon, seemed very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, I left with the vehicle that I wanted. Along with the vehicle came a few perks. I returned today to the dealership to receive what was offered in my contract and Gio stepped right in due to Simon’s absence and continued the great customer service.
