Wanted to take a moment to thank Hendricks CDJR for helping me get into truck I’ve wanted for years! This was the third Ram dealership my girls and I went to in as many days. I can say unequivocally, this was the best experience of the three. Finance manager greeted us, sent over one of their sales staff, and politely excused himself. Josie was incredibly detail oriented - listened to what I was looking for, brought the truck she thought fit my description best, and took us out for a drive. We nailed down the numbers - no pressure, no games, straight up honesty. That’s all I was looking for. Ended up getting more truck than I thought my budget would allow. My daughter adored her genuine demeanor and spent the time coloring (and eating cookies) at her desk while we were in the finance office. Cannot recommend Josie and the Hendricks team more. My wife will need a new SUV in the next 12 months and we’ll certainly start here.
