Our experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in on Saturday just to test drive trucks, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We were upfront about not planning to buy right away, and that didn’t change the level of service we received at all — which really stood out to us, especially compared to Ford down the road. Hector, our sales representative, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Gene, the manager, was very professional, made sure we were taken care of and if the numbers were to our liking. When we came back on Sunday, the paperwork and negotiation were quick, smooth, and transparent. Chad in Finance was also great to work with and made everything simple to understand. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for great service and a hassle-free process.

Scott was great, as was, City Chevrolet. My concern is transmission issues on a 2024 Silverado with 30,000 miles. This was my fear all along as I tried to decide between the Silvetado and the Tundra. The Silverado won because I have had 3 or 4 previously and really liked them. I hoped the 10 speed issues that were all over the internet were worked out. In my case, the SERVICE TRANSMISSION NOW, UNABLE TO SHIFT SOON, light came on. I immediately called and they said to have it towed. After a few hours City informed me it was a "park module in the shifter" that had gone bad. Not sure how this just happens suddenly, but apparently, it did. Ok now, but still concerned about the transmission going forward. Also bummed that the shifter that was installed did not have the "wood grain" that matches the rest of the dash like they took out! I am sure I paid for that when I purchased the vehicle, but didn't notice it until I was driving home!

We also had one problem during the deal and they immediately made it right and provided the vehicle at the price quoted! I will be back to purchase from here again! Great job!!

They actually got my car into the shop a little bit early and completed the work in excellent time, which I deeply appreciated since I chose to wait.
