Rickenbaugh and their people are Next Level Fantastic. As a former ASE educated Technician and Salesmanager at LMH Dealer Group you can believe I have a certain standard when it comes to service, sales and maintenance. I think the only missing ingredient is Rickenbaugh getting the word out about what makes them a league above. Most Dealers have you negotiate with a faceless manager and say “sign here if the price works for you”. Not Rickenbaugh. Most dealers pass you off to a random finance manager right before you think the deal is done so you have to build trust with a whole new person. Not Rickenbaugh. Most dealers say, “Tough luck” the moment something goes wrong after you drive off the lot. Not Rickenbaugh. Michelle, Chris, Shacobe and all of the other service and shuttle guys have been fantastic. Heck even the detail guy had a smile on his face when passing me the keys to my QX80. For over a decade we’ve been exclusively a Porsche & Lexus Family because these luxury brands offer incredible dealer service (something we really appreciate). My wife LOVES the convenience of a loaner vehicle as it gives her an opportunity to shop for the next model. Unfortunately the Lexus Dealer by our house can be really hard to get a hold of a real human which can be a challenge when coordinating busy professional lives. Rickenbaugh has gone above and beyond at EVERY turn to 1)Bring the vehicle I was interested in to my house 2) offer not only loaner but shuttle service when needing repairs or service 3) Honoring items out of warranty because they felt it was simply the right thing to do. I told my wife we might have to be “INFINITI PEOPLE” now. The service drive is clean and welcoming. There is always someone there to greet you. Nothing worse than being a lost soul in an empty dealer! Sales is best suited for people who call ahead and schedule an appointment because there is not finance managers the sales team are hands on with every step and can be in high demand at times. Call ahead to let them know you’re coming and you can be confident that the price you see is the price you pay and they will care for you and your family until you’re ready for the next new vehicle. We have our eyes on the newer QX80 and will look at Rickenbaugh before anyone else. Not paid to say any of this but if their team in every department can put up with my high standards AND exceed expectations it makes it so I can stay loyal and not worry about who the spend my money with next time. Sold me a car that needed brakes in less than six months. I haven’t even made 6 payments on it. They sold me a car that had a car charger that broke and now the grill is falling off that is going to cost $3100 to replace. I’ve already dropped $1500 into the car. The electrical is already having issues. Not to mention I traded in a QX60 and walked away with a QX50 which doesn’t drive the same, I can feel everything while driving. Not smooth by any means. I feel like the sales agent was more concerned with my car payment vs what I wanted & somehow was strong armed into this car. Additionally now the service manager is lying and saying we got another after market grill put on this vehicle but that’s so far from the truth. I haven’t made any medications to this vehicle.

I would not recommend this place. You take your car that’s is perfectly fine just a simple recall .. next thing you know, they didn’t bolt the front area where they check the engine. And now you have a sounds that screams and you can’t move it why because you didn’t bolt the plastic back how it was when you got my car. I don’t move my vehicle since last week. When I park it from the dealer ship . You though you were smart , but I polish the black front area and yes I seen with eyes that piece was bolted and not missing anything before I taken to infinity dealer ship I will not be going back there .
