I went in to replace my inspection sticker. The initial service was good and fast. I noticed as I was leaving that the replacement sticker had the residue from the sticker that was removed, all over my windshield. I left with the intent of leaving a review on poor workmanship. Instead, I returned to allow them to fix it. I entered and politely asked them to remove the residue. They reluctantly did another poor job. It may seem like a small issue. Normally when the old sticker is removed, the glass in cleaned and the new sticker is applied. This protocol wasn't followed. I will never be returning to this establishment. They appeared offended that I returned to have them correct their work. Quality is everything for me. They provided non. Last year, they had different office staff and techs. I'm not certain if they changed ownership but this staff sucks. I'd advise them to review their customer service policies before they find themselves with no customers to service!

Kevin sold my wife and myself a very nice used 2019 Toyota Camry. He made sure that everything was in good shape, he replaced a missing panel piece from one of his other Camrys and - get this - he even delivered the car to my front door in New Orleans, a full 80 miles from his shop. Kevin and his team at Ride Now really went above & beyond, took great care of us, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a used car.

I purchased a vehicle from this seller, and shortly after purchase the car caught on fire and was completely disabled. The vehicle was sold as operable, but it turned out to be unsafe and unreliable. When I reached out to address the issue, there was no meaningful resolution offered. This experience has been extremely stressful and costly. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this seller without thorough inspection and written guarantees.

The staff was so patient and kind. They treat you like family. They really work out deals so you can leave off the lot the same day with a vehicle. We love our vehicle. Mr Jerry and Mr McCray are so awesome to work with. They took care of everything ,all the staff. This is not our first time working with them and they never disappoint

The owner treats you like you’re his family member and will do whatever it takes to get you in the car you want . I’ve never had such a great time buying a car . Above and beyond is an understatement! The owner took the time after hours to teach me how to drive the car . He made sure I was comfortable with everything. At 8:39 pm he still stayed here to make sure I had everything I needed took me to the gas station and filled it up ! Anything that’s wrong with the car he fix it . He isn’t worried about getting money from you … He is focused on making sure you are getting exactly what you want!
