Had a great experience buying my new car! Everything went smoothly, and Sophia was super helpful and kind the whole way. Really appreciate her support, made the process easy and stress-free.

I found a nice Yukon for well under blue book value. I found it on Facebook, I live many states away from NH where this dealership is apparently located. After noticing the distance I was willing to go pick up the Yukon, if available. BUT. I used a little wisdom and realized it had to be to good to be true. 25k miles, 2022 Yukon, $38,500. They normally sell in the $50k range with that low of miles. Sure enough, I get a call two days later from New Hampshire. It’s a sales rep asking if I am still interested in the Blue Yukon with 25k miles and listed at $38,500. She specifically called me about that Yukon. I asked if I could see it(testing the waters) and the sales rep immediately goes into the defensive about how popular it is and if I don’t act now it will be gone. Very strange. I asked why I couldn’t drive it prior and she finally agreed to schedule me for a test drive. We schedule a test drive and 2 minutes later she starts talking about a Cadillac. I said why are you mentioning a Cadillac? She said said, you inquired about a Cadillac, NO I DID NOT, ma’am! She then said sorry we sold the Yukon the other day. OH!? You did!? What a shocking turn of events. A few minutes ago you were willing to sell me the Yukon over the phone but after I demanded to drive the Yukon it was suddenly sold days ago. I am not sure what these folks are doing but I can tell you they are running scams on top of selling cars. Buyer beware.

How do they have an average of 4 stars? The workers are often fighting, and the cops get called on them at least once a month. Almost no one buys anything from them. They seem kind of sketchy.

I was in Rochester and my car broke down about 5 min away from this dealership so I decided to see if they could help me out and to my surprise the owner Jason was more than helpful he drove back to my car and did a little diagnostic and he found the problem towed me back to his shop fixed the issue and I was on my way it took about 15 min total and he never charged me a dime so I tried to give him 50.00 but he refused said to just think of using him as my mechanic Or if I need a new used car well I am from the hooksett area and I will be taking the ride whenever I need work done thanks again Jay you are a solid guy
