Sam the owner is AMAZING! This is my second time bringing my car here. Sam is very stand up mechanic. I have had horrible experiences in my past. Sam gave me really detailed inspection from another quote. He actually walked me up under my car to educate me. As a women this is HUGE!!!

Excellent and honest service.Sam once diagnosed a faulty starter motor pulley on my old BMW while listening to the engine’s sound on a cell phone. I was holding the cell phone over the engine cover in Fort Myers, FL. Sam was standing in his office in Skokie.

Tried to stop in for a diagnosis on my vehicle and the owner refused to wear a mask during the pandemic guild lines. I understand everybody has a different view of the pandemic, but rules are rules man. You could’ve worn a mask for 5 minutes and made a couple hundred bucks, but your minor inconvenience unfortunately forced a poor business review. Won’t be stopping by again.

My brother has been using Ridgeway Auto for about a decade and pointed me towards them for repairs on my work truck. I had a great experience and knew I would based on my brother’s past experiences with Sam.
