If you want a feeling like buying a car from a family member that you can trust, this is the place to go. Friendly, courteous, honest, never in a rush, willing to answer your same questions everytime with a smile. From Lisa at the front desk to welcome you like you are coming over to eat supper, to Stepane who knows the cars inside out and who takes his time to explain every detail, Ricky was a pleasure to talk to as well, this man knows his VW's. Then to the finance department where Karem, the coolest dude you will meet. Honest, respectful. Takes care of you with precise detail. Then there is this Kathy character (Kathy with a K)which is like the watchtower. Ready to shake anybody up to make sure you are comfortable. Hard shell on the outside but soft, kind caring soul on the inside! I highly recommend. I will most definitely go back!
