More of the same for my wife and I! The service oriented people of the Quebecois continue to please and impress my wife Donna and myself. We have travelled 6000km in our F-350 frame motorhome and chose Rimouski Ford for an oil change. They apologized late in the day for the heavy lift was down temp. Asked us if staying in town if we could return first thing in the AM? As we were staying at the Gulf of the really Big River anyway we agreed. We were back by 7:20 and the gang incl: Jacob, our Service Coordinator Michel and an un-named wrench twister had us back on the road before 9:00AM, and for the Princely sum of $111!!! We did not meet the management but I will offer some advice to the Bossman…these peeps deserve commendation and a bonus, you are lucky to have them as employees!
