Amazing experience, very professional and concise.

People are friendly and all, however the "après-vente service" is almost non existent. We had to call multiple times to received help and we were supposed to have some compensation due to all the troubles and problems we had with our car, sent multiple emails and 3 weeks later still no news. Before I bought my new car I was very pleased with the services, but since my last purchase I decided not to return to this place. It is sad but honestly we had a sweet and sour experience and we no longer trust this dealership. We also think it would be our last VW car considering everything that happened. Nice place to visit, if you have no problems with your car.

I recently bought a 2020 honda civic si from this dealership. I drove over from Nova Scotia and i couldn’t be happier with the car. Charles-Antoine and Ian helped the process go very smooth, their english was really good also. Definitely recommend buying your vehicle from them.

Worst customer service not even wanna give 1 star i was gonna buy a car from ontario and these mofo’s were like we don’t wanna do cash deal with you guys coz we not having profit on the cash deal so we don’t wanna sell cash i was not even negotiating with the price. So please don’t go to these guys they make extra money in financing have some hidden charges. So don’t buy car’s expensive the amount on the website is not real they charge you extra when you go there.
