I purchased my Jeep Wrangler in 2023, and it used to be my absolute favourite car. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealer completely changed that. From the very beginning, there was always something unusual and unexpected going wrong. The service team consistently showed a lack of experience, a lack of professionalism, and a lack of respect for their own words and commitments. Their technical skills were also far below what I expected from an authorized dealer. The service process became so frustrating and stressful that I eventually sold my Jeep Wrangler because of the repeated poor experiences with this dealership. I truly hope they improve, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealer.
The service department from my experience at the Dodge dealerships that i have been to, this one is top notch. I deliberately went to this one even though I have one minutes away as I never ever want to give anymore business to any Duclos dealerships. My service technician Pascale was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not to mention professional ensuring that my file was created with all my information correct. Now as for their showroom. Not that many vehicles inside. They had a few used cars inside but nothing of real interest to me. Out in their lot a few models but again nothing that would sway me to update my vehicles. When I am ready I am pretty sure I will come here.

Bought a Jeep Gladiator from Jimmy at Rive Sud Chrysler. Enjoyed his salesmanship style along with his friendliness. Found him easy to deal with , without the pushy attitude found commonly elsewhere. He was open minded when it came time to negociate and found him pulling hard for me in order to get a decent deal. Also dealt with a few others at Rive Sud in the process of my sale. Found a well refined team that seem to really enjoy working with one another and always seem to be ready to help one another out. Overall i really enjoyed my experience, great job team!
