River City Ram

Just bought a new jeep from River City Ram in Campbell River really impressed with the customer service. First our sales man Kayden amazing to deal with can’t say enough good things your a rock star. Secondly good a really great offer on our trade in almost double what others had offered. Last but not least Rob the manager much respect told him wasn’t ready to commit No problem take it home and think about it. I call the next day and explain it’s a little more than I’d like to spend. He then asked what I was comfortable spending within an hour we reach a deal I’m very happy with. We love our new vehicle but are even more impressed with the whole team. Thanks River City Ram you got our business for life.

There isn't a lot of dealerships I've had good experiences with... This has been hands down the best. Everything from showing me the vehicle I wanted right off the hop (instead of a loaded model for an upsale), working around my chaotic schedule, out of province purchase issues; they handled everything. This is the first dealership that has ever fallowed up after a couple weeks to ensure everything is good, and when I said "no" (the Alaska highway in winter can be pretty hard on vehicles) they immediately starting coordinating with me to get it sorted. I've owned dodge for most of my life ( 2 jeeps , 3 trucks prior to this purchase) this is only 1 of 2 dealerships I would go back too, and the only one I would recommend.

I just recently purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited from River city ram. When I showed up to the lot, I was greeted by David who explained to me they had the ability to bring in vehicles from other dealerships affiliated with them and told me to take a look at their website to see if there was anything that would suit my needs. By the time I got home, I had received a text from David telling me that they had just received a low mileage vehicle the day before that might suit my needs. I drove right back and took the vehicle for a test drive and then David offered for me to take it home for the weekend to see if I liked it or not. When I return Monday, I told Them that my wife and I loved the vehicle and if we could work out a deal on my trade-in, I would purchase the vehicle. Three hours later, I drove off the lot with my new used vehicle. I commented to my wife that all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially David, and I would highly recommend RiverCity Ram To anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle. Over all my years of purchasing a vehicle they were the easiest to deal with and at no time really pressured me into making a bad decision. We are new to living on North Vancouver Island having moved from Kelowna BC We knew that we needed to do some serious maintenance. We have excellent service from our dealer in Kelowna so was very happy and relieved to have found a great Jeep dealership in Campbell River. Colby did a great job explaining what we needed to do, he was very helpful to arrange a time that worked for us coming from Port Hardy in bad weather and overall did an excellent job all around. We had some issues with our truck so we took it to River City Ram. Colby was our service guy and he was very polite and thorough. He called to check with me multiple times throughout the truck being serviced to ensure we had no surprises at the end and he made sure we knew everything that was happening. They also have it a wash and vacuum freedom charge. When we came in to pick it up, the service cost less than we anticipated and Craig the service manager was super kind and accommodating. The truck is running great. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return in the future. Thanks guys!
