Great experience bringing my Golf R in for inspection and had a set of new all season tires fit on to replace the summer tires that came on the car. They were able to fit ALL FOUR of the spare set of tires in the car. Also great care was taken not to dirty the interior when placing the tires inside. They used plastic to protect the floor and seats.

I have not had an experience like this with any other dealership ever, this is my second car with riverhead bay motors. I was in a bit of a jam and I needed someone to listen to a bit of a mouthful before I could tell her what I was looking for. Mary was the most attentive, helpful and patient person I have ever worked with. I gave her 3 specifications that were really important to me as I own a business locally and I rely heavily on my car for my business (we make wedding cakes) she came back full send with all of my requests handled in a timely manner (like beyond timely in the best way possible), did not push me into anything other than what I was looking for. She was everything I would want in an employee for my own business. Go Mary Go!

Courtesy, professionalism and respect is what you’ll find at Riverhead Bay Motors VW. Recently had a New York State inspection for my Jetta. No pushy sales tactics from our service consultant Joe Musso he told us what needed to get taken care of right away and what could wait for next time. So thankful he kept me within my budget. A big shout out to service manager John Fischer who helped me navigate my insurance company to replace my windshield. All work was done according to schedule, no surprises and I was back on the road quickly.

My salesman, Jay, was wonderful. He had the most and best knowledge of ANY previous salesman i have EVER HAD. His patience in answering all my numerous questions was full of kindness and even a few laughs. As a senior, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jay. And I love my new Jetta! Thank you, Jay
