Riverhead Ford

After a disappointing experience at a dealership I had purchased from just six months ago — (this time they attempted to significantly mark up the price $5000 above sticker) — I decided to call Riverhead Ford to see if they had the same truck available. I spoke with Tom, the general manager, who was extremely helpful over the phone and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. I drove out the same day and ended up purchasing the vehicle for below sticker . Our salesman, Frank Egan, was fantastic — very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Most importantly, he worked with us to get a great deal with no games or surprises. Overall, it was a smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable buying experience. I’m very happy with the transaction and have definitely found my new go-to Ford dealership going forward.

Did not force or pressure me into buying the car.Sales man only let me see it first and called me they had a Mustang Gt 6 speed attack exhaust changes tone silent normal and track and premium. I told the sales man I was very interested in car and get back with him I a couple of days.A week gone by and zi decided to get it.Everyone was professional courteous and no pressure.

After buying different vehicles from different dealerships, I have to say that Riverhead Ford is one of the best experiences I have ever had. There are not enough good things to say about how easy the purchase experience was at Riverhead Ford. Chris, my salesman and everyone there was amazing. Great customer service and great employees. Will absolutely be coming back for my next Ford.

We just purchased another vehicle from Riverhead Ford,Our Salesman Chris Olphie went way out of his way to insure that we were happy. We say the truck that we wanted but it was at another Ford dealership Otis Ford ,not saying anything negative about them,it’s just we are loyal to Riverhead and they are loyal to us,we asked Chris if he could get us the truck and was at his dealership the next day. Chris is our Salesman forever , the trade in and purchase of this vehicle was so delightful and quick, it just isn’t Chris’s professional meaner it is the total Dealership experience,everyone there is wonderful to deal with.We will be back again and will suggest them to all our friends 👍🇺🇸😎
