Bought new tires from riverhead toyota for my 2018 4Runner. Got them installed and road-force balanced. Excellent job by the mechanic - very happy with the work, so far. Very easy to get the appointment date I preferred. Service advisor Frank Schortemeyer walked me through the process from start to end. Wait time less than 2 hrs. Will visit again for my next maintenance.

Diego helped me in the buying process. He was excellent to work with, very professional, nice guy!! and I appreciate his hard work. I also worked with Stacy and charlie and they were both great. Stacy really knows her business and really gave me peace of mind - explaining the process of an extended warranty. She's funny and amazing, so great to work with!! Charlie was so pleasant too - helping me at the very end with a rapid exit, and i wasn't even his client. No attitude just helpful and nice. Thanks everyone.

Went in to buy a new Tacoma and was set up with Jay who was able to quickly get us looking at the model I was interested in without any pressure to get us to make a deal at that second.
