Chris showed us how to take the top off the jeep and we took our test ride with it off, he went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about the vehicle during and after purchase and also called us a week later to make sure everything was great!!! Had a good experience in service for an oil change. Was treated respectfully and given information from the multipoint inspection without pressure to pay repair or get fixed right away. Will return to service department.

Bought a 2026 Ram 2500 Night Edition Bighorn from this fine establishment this past weekend. After missing out on 2 other models I was interested in Bryce (my saleman) and Nick (finance manager) were able to work out a fair deal on another exactly trimmed unit in Diamond Black Crystal Pearlcoat. It was a bit of a drive (3.5hrs) but well worth it! They had the truck fully detailed and all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived...very thorough team at this dealership as it seemed everyone was involved in getting me settled (from expedient paperwork completion, overview of truck and features, and license plate transfer) and a full tank of fuel. And their price was the best I could find in a four state region! You can't go wrong if you choose them for your next car/truck purchase! After owning the truck now for 3 months I received a phone call from both Bryce and Chris letting me know they found extra savings for me on my truck. Ram evidently had another $1,000 rebate they offered on my 2500 and they called to tell me the check was in the mail. Wow, that's a first and a well appreciated phone call, thank you Riverside!
