They are always kind, great with updates and breakdowns and confirmations of estimated costs. They've done extensive work on my family's vehicles from installing new engines to rebuilding a/c. I've never had any complaints for their team for the years we've been using them. Some places feel like they treat you a little different if you're a woman but they've always been fair and respectful to myself and all the customers I've seen them interact with.

Gail at finance is a pro and make it efficient process and doesn't try to push or force you to buy more option then you need.. My overall experience was awesome. i have bought 37 car in my life 2 from Riverside and it has been the best experience and i am a picky customer.I fully recommend this dealership!!

Was driving from kingston to Ottawa, had some issues with the car - Bred helped us finding out the problem and checking the car. Really great job!

We were in the market for a vehicle and happened to find one online at Riverside Buick. We were treated with amazing trust, kind service, and fair pricing. The vehicle we purchased looked brand new even though it has a few years on it - and it was serviced and gleaming when we came to pick it up. It was a non pressure, high quality process - and - they were able to meet our request to pick up our vehicle early due to the ever-changing weather.
