I traded in my first truck of 11 years, so I was very unfamiliar with the process, especially buying new. I appreciate his patience and understanding. Very helpful and happy with his service. My wife and I had a great experience purchasing her new Equinox. The whole team at Riverside was great to deal with. Chris and Robyn were exceptional in getting us into a new vehicle quickly and within budget. We will certainly be back for service and when the time comes to upgrade again!

I purchased my Chevy Equinox from this dealership back in March, and the sales team was excellent—extremely helpful, accommodating, and supportive. They helped me get into my first brand-new car, which made for a great sales experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service department. I had an appointment booked for the morning, and I was very clear at the time of booking that my vehicle needed to be seen at that time. After driving over an hour to the dealership, I was told my appointment had been pushed too much later in the day and my vehicle could not be looked at as scheduled. I understand that staffing challenges happen, but the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. When I asked why I wasn’t notified ahead of time, I was told it “wasn’t her job,” and she was unable to say whose responsibility it was. That response was very disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership for service again.

Amazing service from the time I walked into the door. Purchased a pre owned vehicle, Tyler from the sales team was absolutely outstanding to deal with. No pressure, courteous and respectful. Had a minor issue, called late on a Thursday afternoon, he called back first thing Friday morning with the details for the repair at 8:00AM Monday morning. Service dept. promptly took care of the issue and ready to go by 12:15. Have purchased many new and used vehicles over the years and never experienced anything close to this level of service. All the different staff members that I had the pleasure to interact with were awesome. A model that other shops should follow. I will definitely be a repeat client and will highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again!
