Set up the purchase of my parents new vehicle from downstate, Kyle and Cory took care of everything. Shandon explained all the final financials thoroughly and everyone clearly answered all questions posed. A very pleasant experience all the way around for both my parents and myself on a rainy Saturday, especially after missing our Friday appointment with them due to me being delayed 8 hours waiting for the bridge to reopen.
