I recently purchased a truck here and can tell you that it was an overall positive experience. The truck was just what I was looking for and the manager, Brandon, was fair with the negotiation and trade-in value for my trade. I was in and out of this location with my new truck within only 3 hours of my only visit here, from test drive to take home. I had a couple of issues arise about a month later and can tell you that they quickly made it right and went above and beyond expectation for me. They didn’t push me aside after the sale like so many other dealers have done in the past. I live 2 hours away so my local dealer was giving me the runaround, so I made the long drive back and the service department was all very friendly and accommodating-complete opposite of my now former local GM dealer. I would certainly purchase another vehicle here at Riverside again based on my experiences. Thanks again
