Came in looking to support local and purchase a larger vehicle to handle new stages in life & family. (was in a hatchback SUV type) Mr Groulx was fast, professional and knowledgeable. Checked out two very nice Grand Caravans on the lot & signed the papers same day for the one I liked. He and his team did a full detailing and spot fix on some small cosmetic damages on the van and gave me a nice trade in on my Honda HR-V. Walked away a week later with my new wheels and a great experince. Been driving it for about a week and i've nothing bad to say about the van or the service. Looking forward to many more KM in this. I cannot say enough good things about Cornwall Riverside Dodge. This is honestly one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I originally purchased my vehicle elsewhere, and when I brought it back to that dealership for a defective part under warranty, they didn’t even properly diagnose the issue. Instead, they told me I’d have to pay out of pocket. On top of that, my 2025 Ram Rebel had a battery that had been consistently under 12V since new, and they kept insisting it was “fine.” Frustrated, I brought my truck to Riverside — even though I’m not a regular customer there. From the start, their service department treated me with professionalism and respect. They actually took the time to properly diagnose the issue, confirmed what was broken, and ordered the replacement part under warranty without any runaround. They also tested the battery and confirmed it was in fact defective. No excuses. No brush-offs. Just honest diagnostics and proper service. It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership that stands behind the product and supports customers the way they should.
