Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I recently bought a 2019 dodge rebel with 40,000km. When I picked it up they were washing it. I said it’s alright because the roads were horribly wet and salted. When I got home I washed it. It was completely covered with tree sap. I phoned them and notified them and they claimed it was my fault for not letting them wash it. I took it for a hood decal and they cleaned the spot which cost 200. They won’t reimburse me or even pay apart. I live 3.5 hours away and they said bring it by and they will clean it which then I’d have to stay in a hotel and take two days off work. I would not recommend this dealership. Was good to buy from them don’t care once you walk out the door!! Just because the owner follows through with a comment and says he will address the concerns does not make it true after todays phone call

Always loved going here and was satisfied with the service until now. Vehicle is going on 3 weeks parked there waiting for them to make a new key fob. Everytime I call there's always some excuse. Makes no sense considering I was there last year and it took 40 mins to get one made!!!!! Very disappointed with how the service is now. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

Riverside Dodge was a great business to deal with. Jaggy our salesman was very thorough and energetic. We are very happy with our new to us Dodge Durango. Thanks for finding us and getting us into your dealership. Our boys and bearded dragon loved hanging out in the lounge and drinking the yummy hot chocolate.

Jaggy reached out to us and helped us get the perfect vehicle for our large family. Wheeling and dealing we were able to walk out with a new to us Dodge Durango. Thank you Ty and Jaggy for the new wheels. Complementary coffee bar was a nice touch for the kids while they waited for us to make the deal. Even “Blaze” the bearded dragon is happy for the new ride.

First off not the dealership issue but my car has been with them for almost 4 months, first it was aTCM.. Then the transmission... Now a PTU with no end in site... Unbelievable to wait this long for parts.... Will NEVER buy a Chrysler again!!!
