As a first time buyer, I had a very good experience with sales advisor Alir, who helped me understand the process and answered any questions I had regarding my new vehicle. He is very attentive and helpful!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this dealership regarding the Nissan Rogue I purchased. When I bought the vehicle, I was explicitly told that it included a warranty. However, when I recently brought the car in for service to address a specific issue, I was told that no such warranty exists and that I would need to purchase an extended warranty—an option that was never offered to me at the time of sale. I trusted the sales team's representations and am incredibly disappointed to find that the information I was given was inaccurate. Furthermore, I found the service department's handling of this situation couldve been better. The representative I spoke with had informed me that not only would I be responsible for the repair costs, but that no courtesy vehicles are provided. They claim that Nissan does not offer courtesy cars while "bigger dealerships" do is contradicted by my own family's experience with other brands under this same ownership group. The offer of a shuttle is inconvenient for my schedule as I work late, leaving me without a viable transportation solution. My issue remains unresolved, and I feel that my trust as a customer has been misplaced. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable with my purchase and am currently looking into trading this vehicle in at another dealership. I hope that my feedback will prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
