Riverside Subaru was great to deal with, everyone was very friendly, no one pressured us, and they were patient with us. I would send my dad there, and that means something. He hates to shop or buy new cars but this was a great experience. I feel comfortable recommending them to all buyers.
We called about a stop drive recall on our GL450 . The letter we received stated the dealership would come and get our vehicle and furnish us a loaner car all at no cost to us.instead Riverside Motors jersey me around for three weeks making appointments and canceled the first one and said their service truck was being serviced , didn't show up for the next scheduled appointment rescheduled another and then said they couldn't make it either so they made it for the next day and couldn't make that one either .they told me they could reschedule me for the following Friday. I said no ,I had enough I'll call another dealership !
