Incredible first-time leasing experience with Cesar at Riverside Toyota in Marquette! My fiancée and I just leased a 2026 RAV4 LE and couldn't be happier. Cesar was thorough, transparent, and so friendly. He completely removes the intimidation factor of car shopping and makes you feel entirely comfortable. We highly recommend asking for Cesar!

Great customer service both times I came in to set up a lease on a Tacoma. The first sales person Dan was excellent and when my lease was close to its end Kees texted me and we were able to make a very smooth transition into a new Tacoma. Of all the dealerships I have been to Riverside Marquette had the best customer experience.

I felt compelled to leave this five-star review almost entirely because of the amazing Michelle, the service advisor. She has been consistently helpful, warm, and kind to me over the years that I have brought my cars here for service. She is such an asset to Riverside, and I hope they recognize her wonderful customer service.

Recently bought a 2019 Nissan Altima they were great with service had waters, coffee, and even popcorn and a vending machine, Trevor helped me out and was a wonderful person and answered all my questions quickly, the car runs great and the service was even better.

Best service team around. I was on a long road trip across the UP when my new Toyota Sequoia rolled past 5,000 miles and was due for its first service. I pulled into Riverside in the middle of a snowstorm with no appointment. They took my keys, knocked out the service in minutes, and had me back on the road while I sipped coffee and enjoyed some complimentary fresh-popped popcorn. I just wish I didn’t live 1,000 miles away.
