I have had nothing but the best service in options in purchasing a vehicle at Riverview Chevrolet. I’ve purchased an ordered two trucks from them the guys there I have done such a wonderful job and helping me and give me good direction in purchasing beautiful Chevy trucks that I purchased I bought 2LTZ pick up trucks ruined the sales manager. There has been nothing but a great guy helped me even very formative and very knowledgeable and came through for me many of times and getting me vehicles Jake and the service department has done. An excellent job followed through gave me good details good information on anything that needs to be done service or maintained to my General Motors product. There is in my opinion no other truck on the road than a Chevy or a GMC truck.

My service advisor Traci did a fantastic job getting information for me and going the extra step to find out all my options. Found out for me that I had 9,000 pts in my GM Rewards account that helped pay for my service visit (which no other service advisor did before). And she was great on keeping me up to date how things were going. This kind of attention to customer service will bring me back to the dealership for future work.

The mechanic was very thorough performing my state inspection, finding issues that needed to be addressed that a competitor did not note. I want safety first! Traci coordinated repairs and payment using my GM card points, costing me little in cash. My only interaction was with Traci, who I found to be highly professional and knowledgeable while being personable. She won me over as a new customer!

Always a great experience with Riverview Chevrolet. My services took a little longer than expected but I had 2 vehicles being looked at which they were able to squeeze in at the last minute (which I'm grateful for) . Mike informed me of everything that was needed on my part to pass inspection.Also Mike was pretty busy but still had the time to look at some tires online and advise me the pros and cons of the tires I chose. Thank you Mike keep up the good work and I'm sure we'll see you in the future.

Brought in my 23 stingray in for a Pa. inspection. Found some unique issues with the vehicle. Service staff corrected issues , ordered and replaced parts. NC. Compliments to service desk, vehicle technician and detail tech.. They can teach my Smail Mercedes techs. a thing about customer service.. bob j.
