I had an excellent experience working with Jim Laas. He is truly one of the best service advisors I’ve ever dealt with. From the start, he made sure we felt comfortable and clearly explained all the services being done. Unfortunately, the engine in my wife’s 2021 GMC Yukon Denali broke down, but Jim was on top of everything right away. He made sure all the details were handled properly, especially regarding the recall on the vehicle, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He also worked quickly to provide us with a loaner vehicle as soon as he could, which helped us tremendously while our vehicle was being serviced. The level of care and attention he showed really stood out. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Jim truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the effort he put in to make sure everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend working with him if you ever need service assistance.

Absolute pitiful way to run a business. Return phone calls were non-existent. I told a salesman I was coming Friday to test drive the vehicle of interest. I informed him it was important it was available as I was driving over an hour and a half and when I arrived the vehicle “got sent out for detail and was unavailable.” I put a down payment on this vehicle that day to have them hold it for me to come back the following Monday, test drive it, and then buy it as long as everything was okay. I took time off of work and received a ride from a friend who also took time off of work Monday to give me a ride and we headed that way. Salesman waited until we were over halfway there to inform me the vehicle was unavailable yet again!! They took the vehicle I had money down on and loaned it out to another customer. Will never attempt to do any form of business with this dealership again. Highly unprofessional and unorganized.

Purchased a vehicle at Rizza Buick GMC & Cadillac last week the sales man Mr Joe Gee was very helpful and made the purchase painless. Mr Josh Janskey was also very helpful when I had to return and have a key fob programmed. Both gentlemen were kind, professional

Scheduled an appointment for a front end alignment. I drove 35 minutes to get their on time for them to not even take the truck and say “nothing I can do”. Didn’t honor their appointment. A call prior saying they couldn’t fit me in would have been nice. I’ll never go back.

Rizza wastes people's time. Did their online click and drive on a specific vehicle I wanted. Set the appointment time up. Had my vehicle's title and a check for $15k down. Showed up to my appointment, only to find out the vehicle had been sold. They KNEW I was coming and couldn't call or email me to let me know that specific vehicle got sold. 45 minute drive each way and a wasted trip to my bank. I believe they intentionally did not inform me the vehicle was sold so they can try and sell me something else. I don't want to spend my money with a business who does shady stuff like this! I'll find a new vehicle somewhere else!
