I don’t usually bash companies, especially when I know the owners personally. But please steer clear from service department! I always have to call the owners when I need something done to my vehicle. My vehicle is experiencing engine and transmission problems that are covered under warranty. The service manager Jenna told me she had a loaner vehicle available but it’s “promised” to another customer who has yet picked up the vehicle. She stated “they might come today, they might come tomorrow who knows”. She said that they had this customer on a waiting list for 4 weeks. I know that if I was waiting for a loaner car for 4 weeks I’d pick it up the second I got the call. Another customers’ problems aren’t mine. I text Robbie, got told I need to speak with service department. Does knowing the owner personally help? No. Terrible customer service at the service department.

I was berated at the service dept because when I made an appointment they said they would try to make sure I had a service car as I recently purchased the vehicle from them. I was yelled at and made to feel like somehow it was my fault when they didn't even have the request for a vehicle in the system when I arrived for the appointment a month later. . Last time I will go there. Someone needs people skills. Bought 3 cars in a row there and one before that. They lost a good customer
