After waiting months for another make of American-made vehicle to become available due to supply chain delays due to the pandemic, I discovered that Robert Green's had several reasonably priced Jeeps on hand. Salesperson Jessic Whalen went several extra miles to unite this happy customer with a Grand Cherokee. "We'll do all the heavy lifting," she promised (speaking of paperwork and applications), which she did.

Kevin Egan is a great sales manager and was the only reason I didn't walk out. New truck in poor condition when viewed. Hung up there 4 hrs, truck delivered dirty, paint chipping in bed, bubbles on tailgate, some women came out and insisted chipping was just black marks, mats not provided til 5th day of possession, they did give me a free service and upgraded mats. However, owner never contacted me. If buying a vehicle, deal with Kevin Egan 🤘🇺🇲⚔️

Okay so if I could literally leave zero starts I would. I was at this dealership Tuesday morning. I spoke with Rich and Todd. I signed a credit app, went to the bank and got them their 20K down payment. From start to finish they told me how much they loved the small buyers etc. bla bla bla. I drove two hours to get there and another two home. The truck was ready today. I WAS SO EXCITED!!! On Tuesday I sat in the truck with Rich, and the check engine light was on. He said it was a battery issue they would fix etc. Rich drove the truck today and the check engine light CAME BACK ON!! WHEN THEY DIAGNOSED IT IN THE SERVICE, THE GUYS THERE SAID IT WAS A SENSOR SAFE TO DRIVE!!! GUESS WHAT??? SOMEBODY ELSE AT SERVICE DIAGNOSED IT AND FOUND IT WAS AN ACTUAL PROBLEM WITH A PART THAY WASNT OPENING BLA BLA BLA THEY CLEARED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND TRIED TO SEND ME HOME, THEY THEN TOLD ME IT WAS “JUST A SENSOR”. BUT THIRD TIMES A CHARM. IT WASNT!!! Stay away people. This truck was brand spanking new. Stay the hell away
