We had a fabulous experience. Eli was a very knowledgeable salesman and helped answer every question we had. He asked what were some items we were looking for and nailed it with his first show. Everyone did absolutely amazing making a quick trip to pick up my color car and got me driving on the same day! I will 100% continue all my future business and recommend y’all to everyone! Thank you so much for making a stressful thing not stressful at all!

Had to leave car at night. Did not make service appointment because service was closed That night I contacted the man who sold us the car He was very helpful and advised me to leave car and put key in lock box and fill out form outlining the problem The next morning a different employee called berating us for failing to make a service appointment. Stated they were very busy and we would just have to wait in line and implied we may not get car fixed that day she was very rude. I had to call a neighbor to take me home i did not have another vehicle next day neighbor took me to work emergencies happen that we cant always schedule show a little kindness

I bought a Hyundai car and PJ was extremely helpful in assisting me with purchasing a car from out of state. He was genuine, transparent, and always responsive throughout the process. Hands down the best costumer service, Amy Kidd always has a smile on her face every time I walk in! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my oil changes, new tires, etc. Big shout out to Allen the service manager he’s always very helpful and his positive attitude just tops it off. I 100% recommend coming to Hyundai for all of your car needs!

The scheduled work was finished promptly. I asked a question to one of salesmen and they were very helpful. But I thought the lady taking orders and scheduling was not great on customer service. She was efficient but not smiling or anything extra.
