I had the best car buying experience a person can have at this dealership. People were wonderful, truthful, friendly and informative. I never once felt pressured just cared for. All of the vehicles on the lot looked well maintained and I received so much information about the ones I was interested in. Ottoway the salesman who helped me was especially helpful and very good at customer service. The people who helped do all of the paperwork and finalize the deal were very good communicators and patient. I’m a Lutheran Pastor for over 30 years and very good at reading people and this place is filled with good hardworking, kind, knowledgeable people who are working to help us all find our next vehicle. I highly recommend this organization. I recently went to Robert Woodall to look at purchasing a car. I was place in great hands with Shawn Giggetts who made this car buying experience a 100/10. It was the smoothest process from test driving to completing all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Shawn as your salesperson as he is very knowledgeable and experienced in the car dealing sales.

My experience with Woodall started in August of 2022 I had just totaled my car had been in a rental time was running out the banks didn’t want to lend any money because my total hadn’t been paid off yet by my insurance company. So I needed to get in a vehicle as soon as possible. Woodall took advantage of me and my situation they worked me over really good yes they could help. Desperately needing to get in a vehicle I went along with the purchase. Fast forward today present time I went back to Woodall to see about trading my current vehicle. I worked with salesman Casey whom told me I can’t trade my current vehicle. I ask why he replied you owe to much but I could go ahead and purchase the vehicle I was interested in but they didn’t want my trade that they sold me. He wouldn’t tell me what they would give or what they were appraising it for just that I can’t trade. Then he tells me after I had been pre approved with a lender with their terms that I would have to put additional money down because the lender was off on the taxes he never showed me the numbers where they were off I was just supposed to take his word for it. When I told him that They Woodall were the reason why I was in my current situation being upside down He just said those people don’t work here anymore putting the blame on Lance and Ashley. Warning stay away from this dealership they will take advantage of you they are not honest people they don’t care about return customers only that They will work you over to make that first sale. Who cares if you come back. I will warn everyone I talk to about this dealership and their deception how your just supposed to take the salesman’s Casey’s word and not explain or show you the numbers.
