I’ve bought 2 vehicles through Cory here and was a great and smooth process. They were able to put me in my dream vehicle without all the extra headaches and then were phenomenal with trading her in for some extra space for my babies a couple years later.

For the second time in the last year I have driven from out of state to purchase a new Toyota from Robert’s. The staff at Robert’s is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Tyler Shepherd has been my salesman both times, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He has made it well worth the drive to purchase from Robert’s Toyota. My wife is absolutely loving her new Land Cruiser.

Another dishonest dealer in Columbia. My wife has a Toyota RAV4 and took it to Roberts Toyota of Columbia because Toyota gives you the first 3 oil changes and tire rotations for free. Well, not really — you paid for it with the car. I am a retired automotive technician with over 45 years of service. The last time I took it there, it did not feel like they rotated the tires, so this time I marked them. He called me and told me my wife’s car was done. I grabbed the paperwork, walked to the car, and the tires were never rotated. I approached the service writer, told him, and showed him the pictures. He told me they did rotate them, but only on one side. I marked both sides. Lies, lies, lies. So if you go there — which I would not recommend — mark your stuff, whatever you’re having done.

I took my car in for service this morning and had a great experience from start to finish. I was helped quickly upon arrival and was even provided transportation back home so I could access my other vehicle and get to work. A short time later, I received a call explaining the issue with my car and the recommended repairs. Once I gave the approval, the work was completed promptly, and my vehicle was ready for pickup within just a few hours. The entire process was efficient, professional, and convenient. I appreciate the excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process. Highly recommend!
