Robo Motors & Sylacauga Handicap

I bought an Escalade from Mr. and Mrs. Wright. It was in absolutely amazing condition, but it needed a water pump about a week after they paid for the water pump as well as as paid to have it put on. These people have always done the best they can to sell quality vehicles my father had a garage in town and he worked on their cars and they didn’t allow stuff to be patched up or looked over. They wanted their cars fixed 100% correct they do not want to nor will they ever knowingly sell someone a bad vehicle so if you’re looking for a good used vehicle, this is definitely the place. The prices are very competitive but you’re also paying for something that Is going to be dependable you’re not just paying for a vehicle you gotta keep in mind the dependability that these people are also selling you with these vehicles but let me get to the importance stuff. When my daughter passed away, you don’t really expect your children to die so I didn’t have insurance Mr. and Mrs Wright opened their hearts and paid a portion of her funeral cost and I’m not talking about just a couple hundred dollars. They paid a significant amount without asking, they just done it. These are some of the best people. God has blessed this earth with I highly recommend This car lot for anyone and everyone for any reasons If they don’t have what you’re looking for they can and will find what you’re looking for!

Purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback, immediately it started having problems and running hot, so I had someone check it out and found out it had an oil leak (also have a picture of the oil leak). I called Robo and they told me to take it to Wrights to have it inspected, Wrights told me they thought it was the heater core and to take it to Magics. I called Robo and told them what Wrights told me and they told me to just bring it back to Robo and they’d fix it. I showed them pictures of the oil leak and everything. When I picked up car back up after being “fixed”, I was told “it wasn’t an oil leak, it was a hose” even though I had proof of the leak. I have had NOTHING but issues out of this vehicle, not to mention they didn’t tell me it had been in an accident until I was already signing paperwork. I haven’t even had the car a full year and it’s probably been parked more than driven and now it’s not drivable at all. I can’t even lock the doors on my car without the alarm going off, my keyfob has never worked even after replacing the battery and trying to reprogram it. Thanks for putting us out 11k and no car :)

I have purchased three vehicles from Robo Motors, and have not been disappointed at any time! Staff is friendly and helpful, and prices are always reasonable. Vehicles range from budget friendly to practically new, definitely can't go wrong with Robo Motors!
