Worst ever service department can’t answer phone ever All though the parts department are number one
Went to have repairs done on my vehicle. The manager was pretty pushy, didn't really feel like I was listened to. Also got charged way too much for the repairs that were done. Including a 1200 "Stainless steel" exhaust that turned out to be a regular steel replacement exhaust that wasn't even installed properly! 🤬 Would NOT recommend!
Not often in today's world we get to write a positive review. To start with bought my 2014 chevy cruze diesel at another dealership.Since then I have taken it to Rocheleau for servicing.They have been spectacular even when they could not fit me in with a problem from the other dealership. Alex made arrangements for me.Good prices and as customer care my hat is off to Alex.
Alain was very informative and was honest. Prices at this dealership beats everyone else's. Very satisfied with my purchase and my experience buying my new Chevy truck. I highly recommend this dealership to everybody looking to find a good price and good customer service.
Unless you like throwing your money away avoid this place. Charged me $80 to tell me he couldn't fix my car and to take it to a Volvo dealer. Terrible service. Looked at it for 5 minutes.
