Absolute seamless trade-in process. After getting the runaround from multiple dealerships, I was honestly frustrated and ready to give up. Earlier that SAME day, I went in person to another dealership after previously calling them earlier that week and being told they would be happy to take my lease turn-in. After getting there, they made me wait around 30 minutes just to tell me they suddenly couldn’t take the vehicle because they “didn’t have room.” At that point, I felt completely defeated and figured every dealership was going to be the same story. Then around 7:30 PM — knowing this dealership closed at 8:00 PM — I decided to give one last place a call. That’s when I got connected with Perry Vennettilli, and from the very first minute on the phone, the experience was completely different. Perry immediately understood the frustration I was dealing with and treated me with genuine respect, urgency, and professionalism. He calmly listened to the situation, reassured me, and simply asked how long it would take me to get there. I told him about 15 minutes, and without hesitation he said, “No problem, the whole process takes about 10 minutes,” then clearly explained exactly what I needed to bring. When I arrived, everything happened exactly the way he promised. No games, no wasting time, no confusion, no pressure — just professionalism, efficiency, and true customer service that is almost impossible to find nowadays. The entire process really did take about 10 minutes, and I was honestly mind blown that something every other dealership made feel impossible was handled so easily and professionally by Perry. Perry, you are an absolute legend. The level of professionalism, empathy, and respect you showed deserves recognition from management and ownership alike. Employees like you are the reason customers become lifelong customers. You turned an extremely frustrating situation into one of the easiest dealership experiences my family and I have ever had. I had a wonderful experience! It was time to replace my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I knew what I wanted. I searched the Internet and found the dealership that had the most of that type of Wrangler, which was Rochester Chrysler Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. It was my 1st stop, 35 miles away from home. Desiree Madden was an excellent salesperson. She made me feel like, she had my best interest in mind. Over the next couple of days, I met several sales personnel who were extremely nice! We had some great conversations. I met the owner as well. They seemed to have great team work going on there. One stop shopping and I got the exact Wrangler that I wanted. No regrets! I won’t hesitate to return to this dealership for service, accessories or just to say hello!

I used to use this dealership for service all the time and was always satisfied with their services. I only changed when I purchased a used Dodge at another dealership on my commute to and from work and started using them for convenience. I stopped in again one day for the Express oil change when it fit my schedule and had to leave my vehicle and report to work. Got a call just over an hour later it was done and ready for pickup when I could get there. Mentioned I would be by around 11 that morning and when I arrived they had it waiting for me at the write up desk, washed with everything ready to go. It seemed pretty obvious they were placing an emphasis on customer service. Even for a simple everyday request like a routine oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate that! Recently took my less then one year old Grand Cherokee Jeep with battery issues and screen message issues. Despite being slammed with appointments they got me in almost immediately since they had no free rentals available. Many of our families go no well else! Very dedicated, professional and friendly personnel. Sorry to see Al the manager retiring but, the dealership is in good hands with all the great people they have for great continued service! I would not recommend the service department at this dealership. Went in for an inspection and repairs on a 2016 challenger. We specifically told them about the driveshaft and after they looked at it, they stated that wasn't the issue / where the noise was coming from. We received repairs to heat shield and an rear axle alignment. When we left the dealership there was more of a noise than before and we took it to an independent shop which stated it was exactly what we told the dealership to begin with and the independent shop said there is no way they would have missed it especially as they would have seen it repairing the heat shield. In addition, there is a leak in the back / rear axle which never was there until after the dealership did their alignment which I believe more than likely broke a seal and it led to a leak. Buyer beware as this is fraudulent business practices. They just robbed us of money and made this vehicle more of a mess. I would not trust this dealership. Come to find out from the independent shop that the part needed to repair is on a national backorder which now explains why this dealership didnt want anything to do with it! *We took it to the dealership because of a mopar extended warranty which was also a scam and waste.
