Mike was my salesman, and he never made me feel pressured to rush anything. They were never pushy and really upfront with pricing and negotiating. I didn't feel pressured to buy add ons. Let me test drive multiple times, even through a snow storm.

This was my first visit to the service department and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I called, I was able to speak with a real person who was incredibly helpful and got me an appointment for the very next day. The team was professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was going on with my vehicle. Even though this appointment was for something very minor, they treated my car with care and went above and beyond - they even washed my car (which it desperately needed after this winter weather!). My car not only looked fantastic when I picked it up, but it smelled amazing too. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent service. I highly recommend the service department at Rocket Chevrolet. I will definitely be back!
