# Summary The dealership receives consistently high praise for individual sales and service staff members who provide patient, transparent, and stress-free customer experiences. However, one long-term customer reported significant issues with management and finance practices, including undisclosed charges, market adjustments, and failure to honor previously agreed-upon benefits, leading to dissatisfaction and loss of repeat business.

I had the pleasure of surprising my wife with a new car, and Mark was the one who helped me through the entire process. From the very beginning, he was attentive, professional, and always available to answer any questions I had. He made everything smooth and stress-free, explaining each step clearly and making sure we felt comfortable and confident with the decision. His patience, honesty, and great customer service truly made a difference. Thanks to Mark, the experience was not only easy but also enjoyable, and my wife was absolutely happy with the surprise. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile for his customers.

Queenie gave us the best experience purchasing a brand new car from Kia of Rockwall, 2027 Telluride. I think if we wouldn’t have had the sales woman we had it wouldn’t have been so easy. Queenie Helped us not only find a vehicle, but went along with our pace. She was not pushy at all. I highly recommend working with Queenie if you have to purchase a vehicle at Kia. Thanks Queenie.

We just purchased our third vehicle in two years from Kia of Rockwall, and unfortunately this experience completely changed how we view this dealership. We worked with the same salesman, Hank, each time. He has always been great to us. However, the overall dealership management and finance experience this time was unacceptable. Before agreeing to move forward, I clearly told Hank that a dealbreaker for me was whether they would honor complimentary lifetime oil changes — exactly like they had given me on the 2023 Sorento I was trading in. I was told yes. While I was in finance signing paperwork, I noticed they were charging me $1,000 for an oil change package. This was nowhere reflected on the agreed-upon breakdown beforehand. When I questioned it, the finance manager was incredibly dismissive and confrontational. I was told they “don’t just give things away for free” and that it wasn’t his problem because it was “sales side.” It felt very much like I was being pressured into just accepting it. He then attempted to prove that I had paid for the oil changes on my previous purchase — only to pull up my prior contract and confirm that I had, in fact, received them complimentary. The explanation given was that it was “a different GM” at the time. That is not an acceptable excuse. If something is presented as included and agreed upon, it should not later be quietly added as a charge during finance. After significant pushback, they agreed to apply the $1,000 back toward my loan balance. As of now, I have not seen that reflected yet. At the same time, my father was attempting to purchase a vehicle as well. He asked three separate times for a trade-in number and was repeatedly ignored. He ultimately left without buying. After calling other dealerships, he discovered that Kia in Frisco is not charging a $7,500 market adjustment on 2027 Tellurides like Rockwall is, so he purchased his EX X-Line there instead. Rockwall Kia is putting a market adjustment on these cars because people are stupid enough to pay it. Its not a Kia thing, or even a dealership owner thing, its literally the managers decision to screw you. Consumers in Rockwall should know: you do not have to accept market adjustments or hidden add-ons. Other Kia dealerships are selling the same vehicles without these additional markups. This experience felt misleading and unnecessarily combative. Long-term customers should not have to fight to receive what was clearly agreed upon. We will be taking our business to Frisco Kia going forward. This dealership is much more professional, friendly, and is looking to have actual customer relationships.

I had an amazing experience at Kia Rockwall! Ashley Adams was incredibly friendly & professional. The service I received was fairly priced. They explained exactly what my car needed without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. My vehicle was finished on time, and it runs perfectly. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience working with Sandra at Kia! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me! She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions with patience, and never made me feel pressured. Sandra went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options and felt confident in my decision. Her knowledge, transparency, and positive attitude truly stood out. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, attentive, and dedicated to great customer service, I highly recommend asking for Sandra. She made what can sometimes be a stressful process actually enjoyable! Thank you, Sandra! 🚗✨
