# Summary Experiences at this dealership vary significantly, with some customers praising the team's professionalism, transparency, and honest service, while others report serious concerns including undisclosed vehicle damage, delivery confusion, and dangerous service department negligence that compromised vehicle safety. The stark contrast in reviews suggests inconsistent quality and customer care across different transactions and departments.

My experience purchasing a 2020 Honda Pilot from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers in Colorado Springs was disappointing due to undisclosed cosmetic damage, delivery confusion, and lack of follow up after concerns were raised. While the purchase process initially seemed straightforward, several issues occurred that made the overall experience frustrating. During the finance process, the representative became noticeably frustrated when I declined additional products such as warranties or GAP coverage. Customers should be able to decline add ons without feeling pressured or treated differently. Delivery was also confusing. I was told shipping was included in the purchase price, but when the driver arrived he initially attempted to collect payment for delivery. After contacting the dealership it was clarified that the delivery had already been paid for, but this created unnecessary stress and confusion. The biggest issue was the condition of the vehicle when it arrived. I was told the car was in excellent condition and had been detailed, but it arrived dirty with food crumbs (including Goldfish crackers) between the seats and a visibly dirty headliner. More concerning, there were several cosmetic issues that were never disclosed prior to the purchase, including two cracks in the windshield, dents on the rear of the vehicle, and damage on both rims from curb impacts. When I contacted the dealership about the windshield damage, I was initially told to contact my insurance. Since the damage existed before delivery, I declined and was told someone would follow up with me, but I never received a response. I’m happy with the vehicle itself, but the lack of transparency about the condition of the car and the lack of follow up after raising these concerns were disappointing. I would appreciate someone from management at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers reaching out to address the undisclosed damage and delivery issues.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car and not just making a sale. There was zero pressure, full transparency, and every question I had was answered clearly and honestly. Johnathan and Austin took the time to understand what I was looking for, walked me through my options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Financing was straightforward, the paperwork was efficient, and I drove off feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re looking for a place that values customer service, integrity, and a great overall experience, this is the place. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family! I’m so grateful for everyone at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers for their help and support!

Dangerous Negligence – Parts fell off while driving! I bought a 2019 BMW X2 from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and their service department is an absolute nightmare. After a blend door repair that took way longer than promised (and required a fight just to get a rental), they returned my car in a dangerous, damaged state. With communication of the damage or miss bolts. Look at the photos: The bracket literally fell off while I was driving because the technician failed to put the bolts back in. This is a massive safety liability. They forced the center console back together breaking the clips and physically damaging my iDrive controller. The dial worked perfectly before; now it’s stuck and won't move to the left. They left interior panels completely unclipped and hanging. They clearly have zero quality control and zero integrity. They broke my car, hid the damage, and returned it in an unsafe condition. My husband is currently having to fix their mistakes just to make the car drivable. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle or your safety.

Had a great buying experience with Jesse. Shout out to Bill for the cameo appearance. Neither of me nor Bill got everything exactly how we wanted. That's how its supposed to work to get a good deal. Honesty and relaibily are worth the cost. Come here to buy, not to shop, and you'll find a good deal. I'll be back for my kids in a year, and three years. Because them kids can't have my Jeep.
