We had a great experience with Rocky Mountain yeti. We were traveling on a long trip and this was just the beginning when we got to the teetimes and our jeep was having trouble. It blew a head gasket. I left a message on Saturday fairly distressed about our problem. On Monday morning, I got a phone call from Cameron wanting to help us with the problem and I talked with Hudson the mechanic and we made an appointment to come on down. They were extremely helpful. We ended up leaving our jeep there and taking home a brand new one and we’re very excited about finishing our three week trip with this brand new car. So I give them five stars for service being straightforward easy to work with; life is good again.

Can’t say enough about how I was treated with the service, so far has been outstanding. Hudson was great to understand my dilemma of being from out of state, with a jeep problem, that driven any further could be detrimental to the jeep. Abel, the mechanic stayed after hours to finish the work needed. Abel was excellent in explaining detailed work. Hudson even followed up the following day to make sure all was good. So far after 150 miles, driving good.Thanks to this team, our trip to this great part of the country we live in, continues to be awesome. If I living in this area, I would buy my next jeep from Rocky Mountain Yeti in Jackson, thanks to the service I was given. Thank You!

Due to an electroc problem,our dogtruck,along with 32 dogs,was towed to the Rocky Mountain Yeti Dealership in Jackson WY today. Altough we had prepared ourselves to spend the afternoon there,the problem was found after only 30 minutes,and we were able to leave.Many thanks to Floyd and Riley for the quick and excellent service,they really know their job.We highly recommend this shop and would definetly go back there again.

Amazing experience with Rocky Mountain Yeti team! We had a breakdown with our rented Promaster Camper on a Friday and were towed to the dealership on Saturday. David, Ken and Jaime took really good care of us, we were able to stay in the parking lot during the weekend and use the dealership facilities. Dave even drove to the office on Sunday to keep it open for us. On Monday, mr. Bill from the service desk, tried his very best to help us, even though unfortunately the spare part was not available. At the end we had to leave the van there and Dave offered to drive us to the rental car office which we really appreciated. The guys really made us feel welcome.
