We just bought our 2026 Ford Explorer ST from Rocky Top Ford. Glenn, Ethan, and the rest of the Rocky Top family made this the easiest car buying process we have ever experienced. They were all extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. There wasn’t any “pushy” salespeople like at many car dealerships. We test drove the car earlier in the week and fell in love with it. We came back yesterday to do the buying portion. The entire process was quick, efficient, and painless! I had a great overall experience with Rocky Top Ford when purchasing my Mustang. Our salesperson, Ethan, was friendly and knowledgeable. After a test drive, I was ready to buy, and he moved through the process quickly so I was out of the dealership much quicker than my past experiences with other dealers. The Finance department moved quickly as well. It’s one of the fastest transactions at a dealership from my experiences. I would definitely consider them again in the future.
