⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was in Frankfort, Kentucky this past week for work when my check engine light came on in my Dodge Ram truck. After I finished at the office for the day, I stopped by Rod Hatfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram even though the service advisors and mechanics had already left for the evening. Michelle, the service manager, was still there and took the time to speak with me about the issue. She advised me to come back first thing the next morning so they could properly check the codes. I returned just after 8:00 a.m. and met with Chris, the service advisor, who quickly hooked my truck up and pulled the codes needed for diagnosis. Bobby, the mechanic, immediately got started working on my truck, and before long they had everything repaired and running perfectly again. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me most was that I had never been there before, yet they treated me like I was a longtime regular customer. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Excellent experience from start to finish, and I truly appreciate the way Michelle, Chris, and Bobby took care of me and got me back on the road so quickly.
